Jalsah is a group games platform: web games played around one screen, and Jalsah Business for company events. The Jalsah mobile app has its own terms in the app stores.

A pass opens all web games and their packs for your account for its duration: a day (19 SAR), a week (39 SAR) or a month (69 SAR). One payment, no automatic renewal. A pass bought while another is running starts when that one ends. A pass is personal to your account.

Preparing and previewing are free. A package is paid per event: Basic (299 SAR), Library (400 SAR), Premium (1500 SAR), and VIP at an agreed price. Once paid the event is reserved; you pick its start date and time (Riyadh time) and it runs by itself for 24 hours in a row from then (you can change the time until it starts) (pausing play does not stop the clock). An event and its files are deleted 40 days after it started, and an unpaid draft 40 days after it was created.

Passes and event packages are a digital service that is active as soon as you pay, so they are not refundable or exchangeable after purchase. Please check the duration or package before you pay. If you were charged twice by mistake, or charged for an event that was already paid, we return the extra amount in full to the same payment method. Email info@jalsah.vip with your receipt number.
