01الدخول وحسابك

إذا سجّلت دخولك نحفظ بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك (من Google إذا دخلت بحسابه) وصورتك اللي تختارها، ومعرّف حسابك في Google (بدون كلمة مرورك). رمز الدخول اللي يوصلك على البريد ينحفظ دقائق وينحذف بعد استخدامه. نستخدم هذا كله عشان تدخل وتحفظ فعالياتك وباقتك. تقدر تلعب كضيف بدون حساب.

If you sign in we keep your email address, your name (from Google if you use it) and the picture you choose, plus your Google account id (never your password). The sign-in code we email you is kept for minutes and deleted once used. We use these to sign you in and keep your events and passes. You can play as a guest without an account.

02Google Analytics وMicrosoft Clarity

نستخدم Google Analytics وMicrosoft Clarity على كل صفحات الموقع، ومنها صفحات الضيوف في الفعاليات، عشان نعرف كيف يُستخدم الموقع ونحسّنه: الصفحات، الأزرار، نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، والمدينة التقريبية. Clarity يسجّل الحركة على الصفحة، ونخفي فيه نصوص صفحات الضيوف وشاشة الفعالية. ما نرسل لهم اسمك ولا بريدك ولا رقم جوالك أبدًا. إذا كنت مسجّل دخول نرسل رقم حساب داخلي عشان نربط زياراتك ببعض.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on every page, including guests' event pages, to understand how the site is used and improve it: pages, buttons, device and browser type, and approximate city. Clarity records page activity, with the text of guest pages and the event screen masked. We never send them your name, email or phone number. When you are signed in we send an internal account number so visits can be linked.

03فعاليات الشركات (جلسة للأعمال)

المنظم يحفظ في حسابه فعالياته: الاسم والتاريخ والألعاب والأسئلة والصور وشعار العميل وألوانه. الفعالية اللي تُلعب تنحذف بعد ٤٠ يوم من بدايتها (يعني تقريبًا ٤٠ يوم بعد ما تنتهي)، واللي ما تُلعب ولا تُدفع تنحذف بعد ٤٠ يوم من إنشائها. إذا طلبت وصول مبكر نحفظ اللي كتبته (الاسم، الجهة، البريد، الجوال، الموعد، عدد الحضور، الملاحظات) عشان نتواصل معك.

Organizers keep their events in their account: name, date, games, questions, pictures and the client's logo and colours. A played event is deleted 40 days after it started (about 40 days after it ends); one that is never paid or played, 40 days after it was created. If you request early access we keep what you wrote (name, company, email, phone, date, guests, notes) to contact you.

04الحضور في الفعاليات

الضيف يكتب اسمًا يختاره ويختار صورة عشان ينضم، ويرسل إجاباته وتقييمه بالنجوم. الاسم يظهر على شاشة الفعالية أثناءها، وتنحذف بيانات الغرفة (الأسماء والصور والإجابات) بعد نهاية الفعالية. نحفظ ملخص أرقام للفعالية (عدد الحضور والمشاركة والتقييم)، وأسماء أعلى ١٠ في «أكبر فقشة» تظهر للمنظم في تقريره وتنحذف مع الفعالية.

A guest enters a display name and picks a picture to join, then sends answers and a star rating. The name shows on the event screen during the event; the room's data (names, pictures and answers) is deleted when the event ends. We keep a numeric summary of the event (attendance, participation, rating); the top 10 names in Biggest Bluff appear in the organizer's report and are deleted with the event.

05الدفع

الدفع غير متاح حاليًا. لما يتوفر، يتم الدفع عند مزوّد دفع مرخّص، وما نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك عندنا؛ نحفظ الطلب والمبلغ ورقم الإيصال فقط.

Payments are not available yet. When they are, payment happens at a licensed payment provider and we never store your card details; we keep only the order, the amount and the receipt number.

06ما نبيع بياناتك

ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نأجرها لأي أحد. نشاركها فقط مع الخدمات اللي نشغّل فيها الموقع (Cloudflare للاستضافة، Google للدخول وAnalytics، Microsoft Clarity، ومزوّد البريد Resend) وبالقدر اللي تحتاجه.

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with the services that run the site (Cloudflare for hosting, Google for sign-in and Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Resend email service), and only as much as they need.

Our team completes a deletion request within 7 days: we delete your account, your events and their images, and your play history; orders and receipts are kept without your name, for accounting.
